Sound Packaging, LLC, has entered the 21st Century as a major force in the packaging industry in the Southwest, with physical locations in Arizona, Nevada and Mexico. As a manufacturer and distributor, we have the ability within our corporate structure to supply various kinds of packaging including, but not limited to, corrugated packaging, folding cartons, air mailers, flexible packaging and various ancillary packaging products such as tapes and stretch films.

Sound Packaging, LLC, a corrugated container manufacturer, is housed in an 82,000 square foot facility at 260 N. Roosevelt, in Chandler, AZ. The bulk of our facility is dedicated to manufacturing and our corporate offices. In addition, we have over 100,000 square feet of leased warehouse space in Chandler Arizona, Las Vegas, Nogales and Aqua Prieta Mexico.

Sound Packaging offers the widest variety of in-house capabilities of any sheet plant in the Southwest market. Our specific specialties include, but are not limited to, auto-bottom boxes, sequential bar-coding on boxes, quick-turn orders and inventory management.

Our on-site design deparment is equipped with an Artios CAD (Computer Assisted Design) System and sample making table. In addition, Sound has the ability to draw on technical support from a wide variety of vendors involved in various kinds of packaging supplies.

Our in-house management team has a combined 100 years of experience in the packaging industry, yet we realize the need to keep up with the ever-changing world we live in, and are very proactive in recognizing new trends and offering our customers the latest in technological advances in packaging.

As a participating member of the AICC (Association of Independent Corrugated Converters) we have the ability to partner with other independent converters throughout the United States to provide packaging and related materials through the association’s First-Pak program.

We also offer a wide variety of services beyond our ability to manufacture corrugated packaging. Assembly, warehousing, inventory management and consignment are just a few of the extended services that we perform every day.

So what sets us apart from our competition? Why are we the fastest growing sheet plant in the Southwest? Is it our machinery, our management team, our affiliation with national organizations? Of course not! These things certainly have some impact on our success, but anyone could have the same machinery or the same affiliations. The one thing that separates us from our competition is simply this: Our commitment to our customers. Starting at the top and running throughout our entire organization is the understanding that without our customers, we are nothing. We do everything within our power to meet our customers’ needs.

We offer the flexibility of two production shifts, a stock sheet inventory that allows us to process orders very quickly (overnight orders are common to us) and more than anything else, a staff that is friendly, knowledgeable and understands that instead of telling a customer “we can’t”, we tell them “we’ll find a way”.
